This is a proposed settlement between weeks versus Kellogg. With the proposed settlement states is if you purchased Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal for cocoa Krispies cereal between June 1, 2009 and March 1, 2010 you may be entitled to a cash refund from a cash action settlement.
The lawsuit states that Kellogg’s company falsely advertised Rice Krispies and cocoa Krispies supported a person’s immunity system without any clinical evidence.
If you want to get the cash refund you need to submit a claim form which needs to be done online or postmarked by November 16, 2011. You can also object or comments on the settlement which simply means you write to the court and explain why you do or do not like the settlement. This needs to be done by July 25, 2011.
The final approval hearing will take place at 10 AM on August 29, 2011. It will be at the United States District Court central district of California, Royalbal federal building, 255 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90012.
